  • What payment methods do you accept?

ITALY: In our online store we offer the possibility to choose between the most common payment methods: PayPal, credit card, cash on delivery, Satispay and Scalapay. Just select the most comfortable one for you at checkout time.
ABROAD: For foreign shipping, the payment methods available are exclusively: PayPal, credit card.

  • Can I pay on delivery?

ITALY: Yes, of course! All you have to do is select cash mark as a payment method when you checkout.
ABROAD: For foreign shipments payment on delivery is not available.

  • What are the delivery times?

ITALY: Delivery time in Italy is 2-3 working days from the day of shipment. All orders are processed in 24-48 hours of purchase, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email from the courier with the tracking number of your package as soon as it is shipped and you can monitor the shipment.
ABROAD: Delivery time is 2-4 working days to the European Union, 3-7 working days for all non-EU countries and 7-15 working days for the rest of the world.

  • What are the shipping costs?

ITALY: In Namastemood there is no shipping fee paid by the customer, the price you see is the real one.
ABROAD: Free shipping for all orders over € 100.00; for other amounts visit page "Shipments and Payments" ..

  • How can I make a return?

ITALY: With the innovative TryME service, all clothing returns for orders over € 30 are free. You will need to make the return request by filling out the form in the section "Surrendered" Within 30 days. If you don't know what TryME is, find out Here !

  • What are the requirements for making a return?

ITALY: None! We decided to bring the dressing room to your house by offering the service TryME , Which will allow you to order as many pieces as you want and try them on from the comfort of your own home, as you would in a store. If you don't like something, you can return it at no extra cost.
ESTERO: None! Just fill out the form in the section " Returns"

  • What do I do if a garment is defective?

All our products are handcrafted and handmade; it may happen that there may be defects. No problem! It will be possible to return the items at no cost for you.

  • What sizes do you have?

Within each product tab you will find our "Size Guide". Most of our items look from S to XXL.
